Kris Bryant Named National League Player of the Month for August

It’s official, Kris Bryant has been named the National League Player of the Month for August.

August was an incredible month for Kris, one where he has firmly entrenched himself in the MVP race. He slashed an incredible .383/.472/.748 with a .403 BABIP and 219 wRC+. What?! So that means that Kris Bryant was 119% better than the league average player when it comes to weighted runs created in the month of August. That’s pretty amazing!
