David Ross has been having an incredible season for his year-long retirement party. The Cubs honored him with a touching video tribute in his final regular season series at Wrigley Field. He then obliged the Cubs – and the fans – with a monster home run in his final regular season game at Wrigley.

Last night, in game one of the NLDS, he made his mark again, gunning down not one but two runners who thought they could make bait out of Jon Lester. Not. So. Fast.
