Chicago Cubs World Series Trophy Goes on Tour Today Around Illinois, Indiana & Iowa
The Chicago Cubs World Series Championship trophy starts it’s first ever World Tour today. Well, it’s going to Illinois, Indiana, Iowa and Arizona, so maybe that’s not a World Tour but it’s still going to be pretty cool. It’s a chance for a lot of their fans to get up close and personal with the most treasured piece of hardware in Chicago Cubs’ history.

The tour starts today at the Chicago Cubs official team store on Michigan Avenue from 12-3 PM CT. It will travel through Illinois, then Indiana, followed by Iowa stops. It will also make a stop at Cubs Convention on January 13-15. If you’re coming to spring training – in my neck of the woods – it will be at the Cubs’ spring training facility, Sloan Park in Mesa, Arizona.
