Watch: John Andreoli Homers Again for Team Italy
Cubs prospect John Andreoli is at it again, hitting his third home run of the WBC (tying him atop the tournament leaderboard) in tonight’s tiebreaking game between Italy and Venezuela.
Batting leadoff and playing center, Andreoli opened the bottom of the 1st with a double and scored his team’s first run shortly thereafter. He then gave Italy a lead in the 7th with this opposite-field shot.
