Watch: Cubs Prospect Cole Roederer Hits Home Run in First MLB Spring Training At-Bat
Cole Roederer, one of the Cubs’ top prospects, stepped to the plate for the first time in a big league spring training game and demolished a ball for his first home run of the preseason.
Roederer, just 19 years old, was picked in the second round of last year’s draft and is believed by many scouts to be one of the most talented hitters in the Cubs system.
