Cubs Game Postponed, No Makeup Date Announced
Depending on your perspective and personal intuition, this may be a good or bad thing. The Cubs game today was supposed to feature Tyler Chatwood making a spot start due to Jon Lester being placed on the IL earlier in the week. That’s not going to happen now as the Cubs got out in front of this one and made the early call to postpone. I guess snow will have that effect on a baseball game.
Today’s #Cubs-Angels game has been postponed due to the forecast for inclement weather throughout the day.
The makeup date is yet to be determined. Fans are encouraged to retain their tickets to use for the rescheduled contest. No ticket exchange is necessary. pic.twitter.com/CWNLHM9uZb

There was no make up date announced but, in the end, this hurts less for the Cubs than it does for the Angels, who, at some point in the season, will have to make the trip back to Chicago to make this one up. Much better than the alternative of the Cubs having to travel way out west. So yeah, glass half full?
We’ll let you know as soon as we get word on a makeup date.
