Inside Corner Episode 3: Blurred Lines, Addison Russell’s Cubs Future

If you missed the earlier descriptions, I have started up a YouTube “show” in which I record myself drinking beer and talking into the camera. It’s really quite riveting. This episode features El Segundo Brewing Company’s Blurred Lines, a hybrid style that combines West Coast IPA with New England juice bomb. Nice citrus aroma and flavor with less haze and a cleaner finish than a typical NEIPA.

Thing is, I didn’t even finish it in 30 minutes because I was talking too much. The Addison Russell situation has come up recently with Jed Hoyer talking about how the suspended shortstop has been “compliant” with all the steps of his “conditional” return. But what do the Cubs do when Russell’s suspension ends May 3 and who loses a roster spot?
