Stats That Matter
- Alec Mills had an uneven start but did escape most of his jams: 4.1 IP, 3 R, 6 H, 1 K, and 1 BB.
- Sogard and Jake Marisnick hit back-to-back jacks to leadoff the bottom of the 1st.
- Bote also hit a two-run shot in the 6th for a total of five batted in Sunday.
Bottom Line
Nico Hoerner has come back to earth after his white-hot start while Bote catches fire. Add in Sogard and David Ross has a lot to mull over.
