Watch: Dansby Swanson, Jeimer Candelario Go Deep to Fuel Huge 1st Inning for Cubs Against Braves

The Chicago Cubs are off to a great start today against the red-hot Atlanta Braves. They just put up five runs in the 1st inning.

First, it was Dansby Swanson with a two-run bomb that extended the Cubs early lead to 4-0. After a strikeout by Christopher Morel, Jeimer Candelario followed with a solo home run. The big inning early is exactly what the Cubs needed after dropping the game yesterday.
