Chicago Cubs Lineup: Cubs March into San Francisco to Clash with Streaking Giants, Arrieta on the Hill

The Cubs (28-11) are heading into San Francisco to battle the Giants (25-18) sporting the best record in the Majors. Don’t think that’s not a part of the locker room talk for the Giants. They know it’s early but they also know the Cubs have come out of the gate playing extremely well, especially when they play tough teams. The Cubs are 11-2 against teams with a record over .500.

Jake Arrieta (7-0) will take the mound tonight for the Cubs looking to slow down the streaking Giants. Joe Maddon is once again showing his faith in Jorge Soler and has him batting sixth in the lineup playing left field.

Javier Baez is in the lineup at shortstop, filling in for Addison Russell who has the day off.
