With the Cubs leading 2-1 in the 7th inning, Matt Adams drove one deep to straight-away center. But we all know that’s not where you want to hit it with Albert Almora Jr. in the game. Without once looking at the wall, the young centerfielder tracked the ball and leaped to make the catch and pull back the game-tying run.
Seriously, watch it and explain to me how he manages to use the wall to aid the play without ever actually seeing it. Dude’s got Spider-sense.
