MLB Network Celebrating Greg Maddux’s 54th Birthday with His Favorite Games
Greg Maddux turns 54 on Tuesday, so MLB Network is celebrating by airing a marathon of some of his favorite games. The legend will be live-tweeting along with the action, presumably cracking wise about teammates and opponents while giving followers a look inside his day.

In case you’re wondering, the lone Cubs game comes from his second stint in Chicago and is first on the schedule. Starting at 9am CT is the August 7, 2004 game against the Giants in which Mad Dog earned his 300th career victory. Not bad.

The rest of the slate features three Braves games, which his Game 1 victory against the Indians in the 1995 World Series getting an encore at 9pm. That’s the one in which Maddux threw a Maddux, shutting out the Tribe with just 95 pitches.
