Watch: Kyle Schwarber Launches Two-Run Homer in Pittsburgh

The Cubs offense gave Jon Lester some breathing room in the fifth inning after entering the inning with a two-run lead. Javy doubled to score Bryant from first to make it 4-1, and then Schwarber hit an absolute bomb to put the Cubs up 6-1. Like Ian Happ earlier in the game, this is Schwarber’s tenth of the season.
