Nick Tropeano entered the game out of the Pirates bullpen with two runners on an no outs, the Pirates clinging to a one-run lead. Javy wasted no time in erasing that lead, taking the first pitch Tropeano threw into the stand at PNC Park to give the Cubs a 3-1 lead.
