Cubs Announce New Spring Training Schedule with Games Through April 5

The Cubs have announced their revised 2022 spring training schedule, which now begins Friday, March 18, at Scottsdale Stadium against the Giants. The Cubs’ first home game is Saturday, March 19, at Sloan Park vs. the Padres.

The new 19-game schedule includes nine games at Sloan Park and 10 Cactus League road games with an off day Thursday, March 31. Game times will be announced at a later date. Chicago’s lone split-squad day is Friday, April 1 with games in Maryvale against the Brewers and in Scottsdale against the Diamondbacks. The Cubs and White Sox play once this spring – Monday, April 4 at Sloan Park.

Single-game tickets for the revised 2022 spring schedule will go on sale Sunday, March 13, at noon MT/2pm CT, at www.sloanpark.com and in person at the Sloan Park Ticket Office. There is a limit of 14 tickets per game. Any order exceeding the ticket limit may be canceled.
